Service Cancellation

If you need to cancel a scheduled service appointment, we request at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in your service agreement.

Refund Policy

Our services are provided on a consultation basis. If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 7 days of service completion to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to address any issues or provide appropriate resolution.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the terms of your service agreement and may be subject to administrative fees.

Digital Services

For digital services such as digital wardrobe cataloging, once the service has been completed and delivered, refunds may not be available. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work with you to address any concerns about the delivered service.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment at no additional charge if you provide at least 24 hours notice. Rescheduling requests made with less notice will be accommodated based on availability and may be subject to fees.
